Is The Tower a good card to get as how someone sees you?

Upright, yes — The Tower as how someone sees you is read as an honest, workable signal about the impression you make. The lightning that tells the truth in this position rewards directness: name what the card describes and it becomes something you can work with. Reversed, treat it as a draft rather than a verdict and give the situation a fortnight before re-reading.

Major Arcana · The Tower · Keywords: Change, Upheaval, Chaos, Awakening

Lightning strikes a stone tower, the crown at its top is knocked loose, and two figures fall through dark air. That is The Tower in the abstract. As how someone sees you, it becomes concrete: the lightning that tells the truth pointed directly at the impression you make.

What The Tower means as how someone sees you

Lightning strikes a stone tower, the crown at its top is knocked loose, and two figures fall through dark air. In the sees-you position, that general truth takes a specific shape. The Tower is an Fire card, and Fire moves the way it moves: the answer to the impression you make will have that element's character — its speed, its temperature, its way of arriving.

One more consideration: as how someone sees you, The Tower often describes something the questioner already senses. the lightning that tells the truth is rarely news; it is confirmation. If this page feels like it is telling you what you knew, that is the card doing its job — the value is in the naming, which is what makes action possible.

The Tower reversed as how someone sees you

A reversed The Tower in the sees-you position usually points at interference rather than absence. Upheaval is still the subject, but change, upheaval, chaos, awakening are showing up distorted — exaggerated, suppressed, or performed for an audience. The useful question is what the upright version would look like, and what specifically is bending it out of shape.
