These terms set simple ground rules for using Mystical Sparkle and its paid experiences.
By creating an account or using Mystical Sparkle, you agree to these terms and the policies presented with the service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement where you live.
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else accessed your account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law says otherwise.
Mystical Sparkle offers tarot, astrology, Huangli-inspired reflections, journals, calendars, and one-time deep readings. Some content may be generated automatically and may vary between requests.
These experiences are for entertainment and personal reflection only. They do not predict guaranteed outcomes and are not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Paid features may be offered as recurring subscriptions or one-time deep readings. The price, billing period, renewal terms, and any taxes shown before payment are part of your purchase. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the period already paid for.
A one-time deep reading is digital content prepared on request. When you order one, you expressly ask for it to be prepared and delivered straight away and acknowledge that you therefore lose your 14-day right to cancel; we confirm that consent in the delivery email. Once a reading has been delivered it is not refunded. This does not affect your rights if a reading is faulty, not delivered, or not as described — in those cases you remain entitled to a remedy. You keep ownership of questions and other original content you provide. You give Mystical Sparkle a limited permission to host, process, and send that content to service providers only as needed to operate, secure, and support the features you request.
We may maintain, change, or temporarily suspend the service. We may limit or close accounts involved in abuse, fraud, security threats, or serious violations of these terms. When practical, we will provide notice and a chance to contact support.
The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular spiritual outcome, or that generated content will be accurate or suitable for a decision.
To the extent allowed by law, Mystical Sparkle is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or other protections that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these terms when the product or legal requirements change. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply.
