We also store the questions, readings, bookmarks, deep readings, and other content you create so the product can provide your journal and personalized experience.
Our billing providers process payments. We may receive identifiers, product names, entitlement status, renewal or expiry dates, and limited transaction details needed to provide access and support. Mystical Sparkle is designed not to store your full payment-card number.
To generate a personalized reading or deep reading, relevant parts of your request and profile may be sent to a generation service provider. Avoid entering highly sensitive information that is not needed for the experience.
Generated output can be incomplete or inaccurate. It is provided for entertainment and personal reflection, not professional advice.
Optional analytics remain off unless an analytics service and an appropriate consent flow are enabled. Essential browser storage may still be used for sign-in, security, preferences, and features you request.
We share information only with service providers that help run the product—such as hosting, authentication, database, billing, email, support, and generation providers—or when disclosure is required for legal, safety, or fraud-prevention reasons. We do not sell personal information.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet record-keeping requirements. Billing or compliance records may need to be kept after account deletion.
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. Providers may process information in countries other than yours, where privacy rules may differ.
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. If optional analytics are introduced, you may withdraw consent through the controls provided at that time. Some requests may require identity verification. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active subscription, so manage billing first.
Mystical Sparkle is not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable method.
